Refund policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund and Return Policy. If you have any questions, please send an email to ramona.rede@redecostudio.com.au

  • We do not offer 'Change of Mind' returns or exchanges for our fashion accessories due to hygiene reasons.

We take utmost care when hand making and fulfilling your order, however, if we have sent you a wrong product or a damaged product, we will replace the product free of charge, or in the event that the product is no longer available, we will refund both the cost of the product and original delivery fee, provided:

  1. That you notify us by email message to ramona.rede@redecostudio.com.au as soon as possible but no later than 7 days of receiving the products;
  2. That you provide proof of purchase such as order confirmation.
  3. That you supply full details and photo proof of the damaged or wrong product.
